Dry Wall Ceiling and Repair
All holes in the wall were repaired and
spray texture was applied to the ceiling and walls
Lighting and Switches
16 new recessed can lights in kitchen and dinette, new switches - all wired, hanging microwave and under cabinet lighting with new switches.
Maple Cabinetry - Kitchen
New maple cabinetry included full overlay raised panel solid maple doors, solid maple crown, toeboard and shoe, solid maple dovetail drawers - all standard. 2 solid maple independent lazy susans with fixed shelves and independent double doors. Solid maple drawer sets, solid maple rollout under counter trays, 2 double waste cans and more.
Maple Cabinetry - Bathroom
Three bathrooms included Maple cabinetry with solid maple doors,
frames and drawers. Also removed toe space and added 4" of solid
maple baseboard with shoe.
Custom Granite Countertops and Undermount Sinks
Custom 3cm thick granite countertops, undermount stainless steel
extra deep sink and 3 under mount oval sinks in baths.
New Flooring - Ceramic Tile
Removed old flooring in the foyer and powder room.
Installed new ceramic tile flooring in both the foyer and the powder room.
